• Has your doctor ever said that you have a heart condition and you should engage in any physical activity only after recommendation by a medical practitioner?
• Do you feel pain in your chest when you do physical activity?
• In the past month, have you had chest pain when you were not doing physical activity?
• Have you lost your balance because of dizziness or have you ever lost consciousness?
• Do you have a bone or joint problem that could be worsened by change in physical activity?
• Are you under prescribed medication for your blood pressure or heart condition?
• Are you pregnant?
• Are you aware of any other reason why you should not indulge in any physical activity?
• Are you diabetic?

If you have answered YES to any of the questions above, then please consult your physician before registering.

BIB Collection

• All confirmed participants for all the categories whether applied as an individual or through a group need to come personally at Netaji Indoor Stadium, Kolkata from 15-01-2026 to 17-01-2026 (11 AM to 07 PM) to collect his/her BIB.
• BIB shall not be posted to any mailing addresses or distributed on race day.
• In case of any unavoidable circumstances, registered participants can send his/her authorised representative to collect BIB with kit bag on his/her behalf.
• Authorized representative must carry with him/her :
  • The website confirmation downloaded from application status.
  • Photocopy of photo identity proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Company ID card or Passport of the representative and the registered participant.

Entries Not Accepted

Participation in the event is subject to registration confirmation :

• Application fees shall not be refunded because of non participation including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her BIB.
• Registered participant’s identity and residence address may be verified for validation with the form submited by an applicant runner at any point of time. If found incorrect, participation of the said runner shall be withheld or disqualified and there will be no refund of application fees paid by the runner.
• All participants race day images will be cross checked after the race and if any participant found wearing the BIB allotted to someone else will be penalised. Kolkata Police reserves the right to take necessary legal action against such participant.

Entry Rules & Regulations

• Please thoroughly go through all information mentioned in the application form prior to submission of your application Confirmation of applications received will be subject to the Entry rules and guideline given herein.
• To apply online visit the official website of Kolkata Police SDSL Half Marathon www.kpsdslhalfmarathon.in.
• Only one applicant can apply for the Event using a single form also, do not send in more than one entry per person. Multiple applications will be rejected.
• Applicants must submit their entries only via the Application Modes given in this form No individual/group has been authorised to collect entries on behalf of the Event.
• Groups can register in bulk and can apply through another Group Entry Registration form available online in the website.
• All confirmed participants for all the categories need to come personally at Netaji Indoor Stadium, Kolkata from 15-01-2026 to 17-01-2026 (11 AM to 07 PM) to collect his/her BIB Those who make Group registration may send one of their representative along with valid ID proofs of participants to collect BIB.
• If any discrepancy is found in the application and documents submitted, the same will not be accepted.

Timing Certificates

• On race day timing results and certificates will be generated only for runners who complete the 21K run in 3 hours 30 min and the 10K run under in 1 hour 40 mins from start time.

THE APPLICATION FEE PAYABLE IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE KOLKATA TRAFFIC POLICE SDSL HALF MARATHON 2026. SUCH ENTRY FEES SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED IN PART OR FULL AS AN AMOUNT PAYABLE FOR ANY OFFERS, PROMOTIONS. DISCOUNTS, GOODIES THAT MAY BE OFFERED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY ANY EVENT SPONSOR/PARTNER OR A THIRD PARTY BY VIRTUE OF YOUR APPLICATION/PARTICIPATION FOR/IN EVENT
