Popularly known as JBRO is a 52 year old ultra marathon runner and a fitness enthusiast. He made his first running debut with 10 kms Airtel run in November 2014 and since then participated in more than 80 events including 24 full marathons, few 100 kms, 150 kms and 161 kms (100 miles).
He has been a “Race Director” of more than 50 national events, including the SDSL Half marathon of Kolkata Police in 2018 and 2019 with 12000 and 18000 participants respectively. He has been assigned as Race Director for this Flagship SDSL event also on 12th February, 2023.
